Antique Micro Mosaic Double Stamp Box c.1900

On offer is this fine antique two compartment stamp box dating circa 1900 and measuring trinket box, dresser, vanity pot dating circa 1880. This stamp box is made of brass metal raised on four ball feet and the hinged lid is beautifully decorated with finely detailed flowers made up of micro mosaic glass tesserae. This antique stamp box is a rare find and is offered in good overall condition with small ding to the underside and a small area of loss to the glass tesserae on the left hand side.
